4 Little Horwood Manor is a wing of a large country house located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. The rooms are all large and to a very high standard. The entire house has bedrooms with either private or en-suite bathrooms. The entire house has recently been completely refurbished. You can choose to breakfast either in the Conservatory or in the main pine-panelled dining room, which was once the ballroom of the mansion. We offer a choice of both full english or continental breakfast. The house sits at the end of a long tree lined drive in its own landscaped grounds of around 20 acres and is surrounded by open countryside. The rooms afford excellent views over the surrounding landscape. Off road parking is available outside the main house. The manor dates from 1938 and was the last major country house built in Engalnd last century according to Pevsner. The architect was the biographer of Lutyens and the building is one of the best examples of an Art Deco mansion in the style of a medieval castle and is Grade II listed. There are several excellent restaurants nearby and it is less than 7 miles to central Milton Keynes, with all its facilities. ...Bethany House is a family-run B&B located in a quiet residential area of Bedford, within easy walking distance of the central shopping area, the mainline railway station, and the bus station. The house dates from Victorian times and has many fine architectural features. We have 7 guest rooms for single or double occupation, starting at just £30 per night. Three of the rooms have an en-suite shower room with W.C. All the guest rooms have a TV and tea/coffeee making facilities. A continental breakfast is served in the dining room between 7.00 and 9.00 a.m. and included in our room rates. A full English breakfast can be provided if required, and dinner is usually available if ordered at breakfast time. The proprietor, Julie Donadio, is an acclaimed Italian cook. The Granary is a converted barn situated behind our 17th Century Manor House set on an arable farm with connections to Oliver Cromwell. We are one mile from Junction 13 of the M1 and equidistant from Milton Keynes and Bedford, 5 Miles from Cranfield Airfield and Business School, 3 miles from Woburn, 30 minutes from Luton Airport and one hour from London. We have many highly recommended restaurants and pubs nearby in Woburn, Aspley Guise and Salford. There are also numerous Golf Courses in the surrounding area. There are good footpaths and bridleways running through our farm connecting with the Greensand Ridge. Wildlife includes deer, pheasant, partridge, foxes, badgers and many birds. We can accommodate dogs and have grazing for horses. Our all-season tennis court is available to all of our guests.

The Old Stables is set off the main road between Woburn Sands and Bow Brickhill in 30 acres of pastureland with uninterrupted views across fields to Wavenden Church about a mile away. Milton Keynes City Centre and National Bowl is about 7 miles (10 minutes drive) and the M1 Junctions 13 and 14 are within 3 miles and 6 miles respectively.Formerly part of Woburn Park Farm Estates, the north barn has been tastefully converted to offer 4 star accommodation in picturesque and tranquil surroundings. The guest house has an independent entrance enabling guests to come and go at their convenience and all rooms, which have been individually decorated and furnished, offer excellent facilities including en suite bath or shower room with w.c., tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits, LCD Freeview TV, High Speed Internet access, hair dryer, radio alarm and shoe cleaning equipment, all included in the price.
